ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If your order has been:

“Shipped”  No cancellations can be made at this time
“Packed”  10% cancellation fee will apply
“Not Packed” Cancellation will be FREE of charges

CUSTOMER ERROR

If, for any reason, an order is returned to LaviLash Wholesale due to customer error (incorrect address/details, etc) additional postage costs will be added before we process your order for tracked shipping again. You will be notified and once payment is received, we will immediately re-post your order. Failing to comply with the following will result in the forfeit of your order, which will be returned to stock.

ALL CLEARANCE AND SALE PRODUCTS

No credit note, refund or exchange will be approved for any clearance, sale and/or discounted (discount coded) products. Please make sure you have carefully read the sale product description, which outlines these details, prior to purchase.
